Data and purpose
With the user's OAuth authorization, the assistant accesses Gmail messages and associated information, such as senders, recipients, subjects, bodies, dates and labels. It uses this information to search and read mail, summarize correspondence, prepare responses, and send messages at the user's instruction.
The requested scopes are gmail.readonly and gmail.send. No permission to delete existing Gmail messages is requested.
Processing and sharing
Relevant information can be processed by the private Hermes service and OpenAI/Codex to carry out the user's mail request. Relevant content and answers can be delivered through Telegram. Google provides Gmail access and OAuth authorization. These transfers serve the disclosed mail functions and require the user's consent.
Limited Use
Google-derived information may be used only for these disclosed email functions. Its sale, use for advertising, and use to train or improve general-purpose AI models are prohibited. AI processing of Google data requires model-training data sharing to be disabled. Gmail access must not be activated before that setting is confirmed. The integration's use and transfer of Google information must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the applicable Google Workspace Limited Use requirements.
Storage and deletion
OAuth credentials are retained to support ongoing authorized access after the browser is closed. Mail excerpts and derived results used in conversations may remain in assistant conversation histories and in the services used to process or deliver them. Those records are subject to the applicable application's and provider's retention and deletion controls.
For help removing retained assistant data, contact info@mobiliusbrands.com. Removing the Google connection does not automatically delete existing conversation histories or provider records.
Disconnect access
Revoke the application's access in Google Account third-party connections. This stops future authorized Gmail API access. Contact support if help with disconnection or deletion is needed.
Changes and contact
